SIX WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
15-20 oz. Raisin Bran
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs. In separate bowl mix buttermilk and Raisin Bran. Let sit until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes a lot. May store remaining mixture in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
