SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box bran flakes (Raisin Bran's good)
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk

Combine dry ingredients. Add last 3 ingredients, stirring only to moisten. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Remove from cups to cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
