TUTTI FRUITTI JELLO MOLD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 jar maraschino cherries, chopped
1 qt. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. mini marshmallows, white or colored
Coconut (optional)

Mix the two small packages of lemon Jello with 1 cup hot and 2 cups cold water. Chill until egg white consistency. Add the drained pineapple, cherries and marshmallows. Fold in Cool Whip. Top with coconut if desired.
