HAWAIIAN SPLENDOR SPONGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Golden Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add undrained pineapple and eggs. Stir until combined. Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

GOLDEN FROSTING:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
