VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 qts. water
1 lb. hamburger or beef cubes
3 qts. canned tomatoes
6 onions, chopped
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 sweet pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salt
2 med. potatoes, peeled, & cubed

Boil meat in 2 quarts water until tender. Add tomatoes, onions, cabbage, red pepper, green pepper, potato cubes, celery, salt and pepper. Cook gently until vegetables are tender. Takes 1 to 2 hours.
