DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SHORTCAKES 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Any flavor ice cream
Sliced fruit
Chocolate fudge topping

Mix baking mix, sugar, milk, cocoa and butter until dough forms. Turn onto cloth covered surface well dusted with baking mix; gently smooth dough into ball. Knead 8-10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 3 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until done, 10-12 minutes. Split shortcakes; spoon ice cream and fruit between halves. Spoon ice cream and topping over tops. (6-7 servings.)
