WHOLE WHEAT GRIDDLE CAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. regular flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter

Stir all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, milk and butter. Add to dry ingredients. Blend only until blended. Yield: 20 (4 inch) pancakes.
