CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
thyme, to taste
1 pkg. wide noodles

Place chicken, carrots, onion and spices in a deep pot. Cover with water and simmer until tender. Remove chicken pieces and skim fat. Add package of wide noodles to chicken broth and cook until tender. You may need to add more water. Bone chicken and cut into small chunks then return to noodles.

Note: May thicken broth with a small amount of corn starch, if needed.
