LAYERED SALAD 
1/2 med. head lettuce (torn to bite-size)
1 head cauliflower (separated to thumb sized flowerettes)
2 bunches green onions (chopped, include green blades)
1 lb. bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mild cheddar

DRESSING:

3 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 tbsp. sugar

Stir dressing until well mixed.

Layer salad items in order given in a 9 x 14 inch pan. Cover thoroughly with dressing. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. To serve, remove amount needed and toss. Will serve 15-20.
