APPLESAUCE SALAD 
3 c. applesauce
6 oz. red Jello
1/2 c. orange juice
Grated rind of orange
1 (14 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Bring applesauce to boil. Add red Jello, orange juice and rind. Remove from heat and gradually add 7-Up. Stir until blended and pour into 2 quart oiled mold. Chill until firm and serve.
