RUDY KELLY'S FAVORITE PANCAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
Milk (enough to make a thin crepe batter)

Mix all ingredients together. Melt butter in small pan. Pour in just enough batter to cover bottom of pan. When top appears dry, flip to other side for a few seconds. Serve with syrup or any favorite jam or jelly.

(If you wish to use as a dinner crepe, eliminate the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.)
