SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 boiled potatoes, grate
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. onions
1 c. corn flakes

Melt together butter, soup and sour cream. Mix cheese, onions with potatoes. Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and mix with corn flakes. Spread over the top of potatoes and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
