PIE CRUST 
3 c. pastry flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. corn oil butter
1/4 c. lard
1 tsp. salt or less
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. ice water

Cut shortening into flour until well blended with flour. Add the beaten egg, vinegar and water to the mixture forming a dough. Chill before rolling out for flat crust.
