BAILEY'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. Bailey's original Irish cream 2 1/4 c. cake flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips 3/4 c. coconut flakes 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg, vanilla and Baileys; blend well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to mixture a little at a time, until thoroughly blended. Add chips, coconut and pecans. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen 3" cookies. |
