1/3 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. white wine
2 tsp. McCormick's Lemon and Pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3 lbs. sm. chicken pieces
Lemon slices for garnish

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Pour over chicken and marinate for 1 hour or longer. Turn occasionally. Cook chicken on grill using marinade as baste for about 50 minutes, or cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with lemon slices on top if desired.
