SAVORY STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
4 chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs

Combine cream cheese, onion and seasonings, mixing until well blended. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick.

Spread each piece with 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture. Roll up. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Dip in eggs; coat with crumbs. Repeat. Brown chicken on all sides in melted butter. Place in baking pan; bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until tender. Makes 8 servings.
