SESAME CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. tarragon or thyme
Sesame seeds

Melt butter and add dry mustard and tarragon. Stir in soy sauce and wine. Add chicken and marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill chicken until tender, brushing with marinade when turning. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Time Saver: Place chicken in baking dish and cover with marinade. Bake at 350 degrees; turn chicken after 10 to 15 minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Continue baking until tender.
