4 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
1/2 lb. butter
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
24 lg. marshmallows
4 c. nut meats
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and milk 10 minutes (no longer). Last 2 minutes, add butter. Remove from stove and add chocolate chips and stir. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Stir. Pour into 9"x13" buttered pan.
