SAUSAGE UPSIDE DOWN CORNBREAD 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 c. sliced olives
2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkgs. corn muffin mix

Brown first three ingredients. Add next seven ingredients and mix well. Put into greased baking pan. Mix corn muffin mix as directed and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
