UPSIDE DOWN SAUSAGE CORNBREAD 
1 lb. sausage
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp. flour
Velveeta cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato paste

Mix your own recipe for corn bread. Brown sausage, bell pepper and onion. Pour off excess fat; add chili powder, flour and tomato pate. Pour in pan, cover with slices of Velveeta cheese. Pour corn bread mixture on top of cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven until corn bread is done. Let cool at least 15 minutes before removing from pan.
