SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked squash, drained
1 c. crushed tomatoes, no juice
1 c. diced onions
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. (2 c.) grated cheese
4 c. buttered bread crumbs

In a pan saute salt and peppered onions in butter. Add crushed tomatoes and squash. Cook 3-4 minutes. Pour into baking dish. Top with a layer of buttered bread crumbs. Then a layer of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
