PUMPKIN SQUARES 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin spices
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
2 sticks butter, melted

Mix eggs with milk and pumpkin. Add sugar and blend. Add spices, beating until smooth. Pour into wax paper lined 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle nuts over top. Pour melted butter evenly over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes and turn onto serving tray. Cut into squares to serve, topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
