FRENCH PEASANT CHICKEN 
1/2 lb. turkey sausage, lightly browned
Chopped cabbage
Sliced carrots
Paprika
1/4 c. Vermouth
3 chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces

In a 2 quart casserole place a layer of chopped cabbage, a layer of sliced carrots and the chicken. Sprinkle paprika over chicken and layer with crumbled sausage. Sprinkle with vermouth or white wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes uncovered and 20 minutes uncovered.
