STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients to form dough. Spread on a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Mix cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. sliced strawberries

Combine gelatin, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1/2 cup water. Stir into gelatin mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in the sliced strawberries to coat all slices. Cool. Spread on top of filling. Chill pizza. Serves 12.
