PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour

Mix well. Grease cookie sheet and sides, line with wax paper, grease paper. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn cake upside down on tea towel dusted with 10x sugar. Pull paper off and roll tight (with tea towel), cool. Unroll and fill. (Use filling or vanilla ice cream.)

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. 10x sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter

Mix well. Spread on cake and reroll. Wrap in foil.
