FISH RECIPE 
1 lb. frozen halibut or haddock (good brand)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. (heaping) seafood seasoning (same as for shrimp)
2 qt. water

Use large pan. Mix above and add fish, still frozen, don't pull apart. Bring to boil and then boil 20 minutes (no more, no less). Either pour melted butter over the fish or dip fish bits in melted butter (like lobster). Be sure to use butter.
