FUDGY BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 can Hershey syrup
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows

BROWNIES: Add all ingredients. Beat well, put on jelly roll pan, bake 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Combine milk, butter, sugar. Boil 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat until ready to spread.
