2 (8 inch) graham cracker crusts
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine above ingredients and pour into crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. 4 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together the above and pour over baked layer. Return to oven. Bake 5 minutes, then shut oven off and leave door shut 25 minutes. Remove and cool. Top with strawberry pie filling or blueberry pie filling or cherry pie filling.
