COCONUT MACAROONS 
3 egg whites
3 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar

Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually beat in sugar. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Quick and very good macaroons.
