CLAM CASSEROLE | |
40 Ritz crackers 1 can mushroom soup 2 eggs 2 cans minced clams and juice Mix together and place in greased baking dish. Top with more crushed crackers mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown and knife comes out clean (do not over bake). Easy and a favorite of our T.L.C. Pot Luck. |
