FRENCH ONION SOUP 
4 lg. yellow onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
6 c. beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
6 slices Swiss cheese or Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cubed bread

Saute onions in butter until softened, lightly stir in flour. Add hot beef broth. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce. Place in bowls, put bread cubes on top and add cheese and broil.
