FRUIT SALAD DIP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice

Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Add 2 egg yolks. (Be sure to beat yolks well. Slowly add 2 or 3 tablespoons of sauce to yolks before adding yolks to sauce.) Boil 1 to 2 minutes. Dip any type of fruit into dip: bananas, strawberries, apples, pineapple, mandarin oranges, etc.
