HAM LOAF | |
1 c. bread crumbs 1 c. milk & a little extra 1 egg 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix bread crumbs, milk, egg and dry mustard and ham together and form into a loaf. Mix brown sugar, water, vinegar and dry mustard and pour 1/3 of sauce over meat. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Pour off as much of the liquid as possible to remove grease. Pour remaining sauce over meat and cook another 1 1/2 hours. |
