IOWA HAM LOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. sausage (ground) with sage
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs
2 c. milk

SAUCE:

2 c. tomato soup
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3 tsp. mustard

Mix ingredients for ham loaf and shape in loaf pans. Mix ingredients for sauce and cook for 5 minutes and pour over ham loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
