1 lb. mild fish fillets 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs Paprika In baking dish arrange fillets in single layer; set aside. In measuring cup combine butter, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs (and paprika). Bake approximately 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. |
