HAM AND CHEDDAR RICE 
6 fully cooked ham slices, cut 1/2-inch thick (about 2 lbs.)
4 c. hot cooked rice
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded process American cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion, with tops
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Slash edges of ham slices. Broil 2 inches from heat for 4 minutes on each side. Toss together rice, cheese, onion, parsley and salt. Arrange rice mixture on platter; top with ham slices. Makes 6 servings.
