APPLE PIZZA 
2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
7 to 8 tbsp. water

Makes 2 (12 inch) pizza crusts.

Measure flour and salt into bowl. Cut in shortening. Add water, mixing until all flour is moistened. Gather dough into ball, divide in half. Roll out dough to fit pizza pans. Fold pastry into quarters, unfold and ease into pan. 1/2 c. sugar (brown), packed 1 tsp. cinnamon

Cut apples into slices about 1/2 inch thick. Beginning at edge of crust and overlapping slices, cover crust with apples. Stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apple slices. Top with Crumble Topping.

CRUMBLE TOPPING:

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. firm butter

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix until crumbly. Crumble over top of apple slices. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edge is golden brown and apples tender.
