1 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix (Jiffy)
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix sweet potatoes, biscuit mix and sugar well, roll out and cut out biscuits and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Can substitute canned sweet potatoes.
