CRABMEAT AUGRATIN 
1 1/2 onions, white and green
3 ribs celery
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 lg. and 1 sm. Carnation milk
2 egg yolks
2 lbs. fresh white crabmeat
10 oz. yellow cheese, grated

Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Add flour and blend, add milk, remove from heat. Add egg yolk and crabmeat. Salt and pepper. Grate cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
