GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
1 box graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Place a layer of whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter. Add sugar, milk and egg. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. Add coconut, nuts and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Pour over graham cracker crust. Add another layer of whole graham crackers.

Frost with powdered sugar frosting. Refrigerate until cool and set. Then cut into squares. Keep cool until serving time.
