1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nutmeats
3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. Special K cereal

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift and add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately spoon marshmallow cream onto the baked crust and then bake for 3 minutes more so it is soft. Spread well all over and cool.

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, mix in Special K and spread on top of marshmallow layer.
