ELEPHANT SOUP 
1 elephant, cut up in bite size pieces
100 lb. onions
200 lb. potatoes
50 lb. carrots
3 lb. salt
1 lb. pepper
10 lb. crushed garlic
30 lb. celery
1 rabbit, skinned, uncut
250 gallons water

Bring water to boil, adding all ingredients, adding celery and onion last. Season to taste with Bay leaves and tarragon. Omit rabbit if you don't like a hare in your soup.
