1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. apple cider
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick, bring to boil and stir for 1 minute. Add butter and serve on pancakes.
