PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine pumpkin, water, oil. Stir in eggs and sugar. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and nuts. Sift in flour. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until done. Can be frozen. Best if eaten the next day. VARIATION: Use 1 cup white raisins in place of nuts.
