SPONGE CAKE 
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. hot milk (don't boil)
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk until scum appears. Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually; sift dry ingredients; add to batter. Slowly add hot milk; stir in milk. Pour in greased and floured loaf pan or bundt pan.
