MEAT ENTREE 
2.2 lbs. beef (flank)
3 lg. onions
3 cloves garlic
2 green peppers
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup

Boil the meat with 1/2 onion, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper and pinch of cumin until the meat is tender or about 2 hours. Remove meat and shred it with 2 forks.

In a large frying pan, fry the onions, garlic, peppers for a minute, then add meat, pepper, cumin and tomatoes. Lower the heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
