HERB CORN BREAD 
1 sm. pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix (I use Jiffy)
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 or 3 chopped green onions
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 stick melted butter

Combine all ingredients except the melted butter, and mix until blended. Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch iron skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and pour melted butter over hot bread. Cut into slices and serve warm.
