SUNDAY FLANK STEAK, ROSE 
1 flank steak

MARINADE:

3/4 c. Rose wine
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary

Marinade meat in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Brush meat with oil. Broil quickly. Cut diagonally. Add some butter to marinade, heat and serve over meat.
