SUNDAY MORNING CARAMEL BREAKFAST

In 9x13 inch pan, melt 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar with 1 stick butter. When butter is melted, stir with a fork. Mixture should be runny. Pour 1 cup chopped Tri Kappa pecans (optional). Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Evenly place 24 frozen yeast dinner rolls, cover with cloth and sit out overnight. Remove cloth. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove pan and turn upside down on serving platter.
