4 or 5 c. corn bread cubes
1 can corn
1 can English peas
1 red onion
1 bell pepper (1/2 red, 1/2 green)
4 boiled eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Little salt, pepper and pinch of sugar

Mix all vegetables and mayonnaise. Toss corn bread in last.
